About production
Our technological capacity allows the manufacture of elements from steel (carbon, alloy, spring and stainless), aluminium, copper, and cutting, bending and machining, from plastics. The products are made by bending, pressing, punching, and machining (turning, milling, grinding, drilling, threading) as well as surface treatment in vibratory polishers.
The manufacturing processes also include welding operations and heat treatment. Electroplating (zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating etc.) and coating take place in renowned companies with which we co-operate.
Cooper elements
Bent, die-sheared with electrodeposits, e.g. tin-plated, with mounted stud-bolts, bolt seats and the like, made to the customer’s requirements.
Aluminium elements
Bent, die-shared, with openings to customer's requirements.
Elements from stainless materials
According to the customer's documentation.
Elements from springs steel grades
Electroplated according to the customer's documentation.
Elements from plastics
Bent, made according to customer documentation.
