Privacy Policy regarding the personal data of our Contractors

  3. Why do we process your personal data
  4. We process your personal data in order to perform the contract with you and to fulfill tax obligations.

    The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is therefore art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

    Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

    Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

  5. What personal data do we process
  6. We process your following personal data:

    1. name and surname,
    2. email address,
    3. telephone number,
    4. fax number,
    5. nickname in the internet communicator,
    6. address of business activity,
    7. name of the company under which you operate,
    8. tax identification number (NIP),
    9. entrepreneur identification number (REGON),
    10. history of our transactions with you.

  7. To whom we disclose your personal information
  8. To the required extent we disclose your personal data to public authorities authorized to get such data by law (such as tax authorities).

    Your personal data is processed in an IT system certain part of which is located in a so-called public cloud computing, provided by third parties. We use only renowned suppliers in this area. We have ensured in a contract with them that the data entrusted to them will not be transferred to a third country.

    We use the support of external professional entities to operate the IT system. While providing their services, they may have access to some of your personal data. We ensured, in a contract with those entities, that your data will not be transferred to third countries.

  9. For how long are we going to process your personal data?
  10. We will process your personal data for as long as it is necessary for tax purposes, that is – in accordance with the current provisions of Polish law – for five tax years. You probably know very well that five tax years can mean six and sometimes seven regular years.

    If we work with your on a permanent basis (e.g. framework agreement), then obviously some of your data, necessary for this purpose, will be processed throughout the whole period of our cooperation.

  11. How do we enable you to exercise your rights
  12. We use our best endeavours to ensure you are satisfied working with us. Please bear in mind, however, that you are entitled to a number of privileges which will allow you to influence the manner in which we process your personal data, and in some cases cause cessation of such processing. These rights are:

  13. Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority
  14. Pursuant to Art. 77 of GDPR you are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place where the alleged violation has been committed, if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

  15. Do I need to provide my data in order to conclude a contract?
  16. We collect your personal data within the scope necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Part of the data is also necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations (tax regulations, accounting regulations). Not providing your personal data will make concluding and performing the contract impossible.

  17. Where do we obtain your personal information from
  18. We only have your personal data from you.

  19. Automated processing and profiling
  20. We do not process your data in an automated way or perform profiling of such data in the sense accepted by GDPR.
