Research Laboratory the date of 04.13.2014 was accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation Certificate No. AB 1508 and operates in accordance with the implemented menagement system according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02.

It has a management and technical personnel with the competence necessary to provide measurement and improvement Management System, allowing for the achievement of quality objectives contained in the Quality Policy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Measurements are performed in an air-conditioned room using a GLOBAL S 555 machine from Hexagon Metrology. The machine is equipped with a tilt-and-rotate scanning head for measuring complex surfaces and edges using an innovative method.

Accredited as part of the AB1508 Research Laboratory's accreditation, it offers measurement services in the following areas:

Spatial geometric measurements using the coordinate method, with or without the use of mathematical models from CAD systems

Contact method

deflections of shape, direction, and position

Measuring range:

X axis: up to 470 mm
Y axis: up to 470 mm
Z axis: up to 400 mm

Beyond its accreditation, the Research Laboratory offers measurement services using a Hexagon Metrology OPTIV CLASSIC 453 machine using both contact and vision methods.
